Please DO NOT mimic the Property naming convention used in this diagram when following the Webel Best Practice naming recipes for UML and SysML.
SysML: Naming: Always use either anonymous or first letter lower case for Property, ObjectNode and InstanceSpecification names; no exceptions (unless using names to "quote text")! Valid: 'lowerCamelCase' OR 'tla' vs TLA acronym OR 'uCC' vs UpperCamelCase
To get the labels looking close to the spec figure the Block names had to be HACKED to be a single space ' ' (not anonymous) because:
MagicDraw/Cameo: Does not seem to support showing a trailing colon ':' in labels of Properties or Connectors that are untyped OR are typed by anonymous Classes, Blocks, or Associations. (The notation is used in some SysML specification diagrams.)
