Although Magic Model Analyst® (Cameo Simulation Toolkit®) (as of v2024x) does not respect inheritance of attributes of Signals on SendSignalAction or un-marshalling AcceptEventAction (with or without redefinition) it DOES require them to be fully matched on 'effect' Behaviors of Transitions, which is inconsistent.

In other words because of the 1st restriction you can't even supply the required argument values via a SendSignalAction for the Parameters of receiving Transition 'effect' Behaviors
