CoolProp: Mathematica wrapper: Psychrometrics (humid air): When obtaining the dew point temperature 'Tdp' at the pressure 'P', humidity ratio 'W', and dry bulb temperature 'Tdb', the 'Tdb' value will be "ignored" but MUST be within a sensible range!

The dew point temperature (key 'Tdp' in CoolProp) only strictly depends on the pressure 'P' and the humidity ratio 'W'. But the CoolProp wrapper API for Mathematica requires a 3rd input argument. If the dry bulb temperature 'Tdb' is used, it will be essentially "ignored" (the value does not affect the result), however it MUST be within a sensible range compatible with the psychrometric chart, or the CoolProp wrapper returns Infinity.
