This works for both UML Class Diagrams and SysML Block Definition Diagrams.

Note that there are separate settings for Property and Port:

- Show Association Ends As Attributes

- Show Association Ends As Ports

Make sure you have the symbol options display level set to 'All' (not even 'Expert' is enough) then leave it that way forever!
Webel: MagicDraw/Cameo: Set EVERY element properties & symbol properties filter to 'All' (yes, not just 'Expert', to 'All', even if you are a "novice" on your first project) in EVERY dialog and every project option setting. Use the search filters!
